| The personal data obtained will be used by Tenova, also by electronic and/or automated systems, solely for the purposes of staff recruiting and selecting. Such data may be communicated to external staff selection companies engaged by Tenova. Whether or not personal data are given is optional; however failure to provide such data or permission to use/communicate them will result in Tenova being unable to include you as a potential candidate. In accordance with Art.13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, candidates can access their personal data and ask for them to be corrected, supplemented or, in extreme cases, cancelled or stopped.
